Welcome to your home away from Home
Your cozy condo is steps from the beach. Walkable to favorite locations such as Apache Pier and Ocean Annies. Flip Flops Bar and Restaurant is across the street with a small market for all your beach needs. Golf Cart rental is also across the street.
About Us
Rooms
Just steps to the beach. Sit on your private deck and enjoy the sunset in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom newly renovated condo that comfortably sleeps 7. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a twin XL and a Queen. The living room has two sofas one which pulls out to a Queen. There are two full bathrooms. Master bedroom has en suite with shower. Hall bathroom has bathtub for washing those little ones or just soaking the day away.
Amenities
You can cook gourmet meals or heat up a pizza in the fully equipped kitchen. Don't want to do dishes, that's alright, put them in the dishwasher.
Linen's provided. Bath towels, fresh sheets and blankets.
Microwave popcorn and enjoy a iced tea after a long day at the beach. Enjoy Free Wi-Fi Smart TV's in Living Room and Bedrooms
Swimming pool on site open from April to October. Please bring your own beach towels. We do keep some beach games and toys on hand along with a couple of beach chairs in case yours forgot to find their way in the car.
Washer and dryer are available on the first floor for minimal charge.
The condo is cleaned and sanitized between visitors for everyone's protection. Disinfecting spray available to use in kitchens and bathrooms. Starter amenities such as sample size soaps and shampoos will be available as well as dishwasher and wash machine detergent.
Sorry, no pets allowed. This is a no smoking/ no vaping unit.
There is one parking space per condo. Parking pass will be provided and must be on display in vehicle or vehicle will be towed.
Local Attractions
Shopping is close by with a 5 minute drive to the Outlets. Family Fun is 10 minutes away with Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's and the Go Cart Track. Golf regular and mini are all with in a 5 minute drive. Plenty of diners, pizza, family restaurants, and high end dining also close by. Need to pick up a gallon of milk or some cereal, Kroger's is just a mile down the road.
Rates
Must be 25 years of age of older to rent.
We charge by the week April-October. Weeks are Saturday to Saturday.
Open week prices: $200 non-refundable deposit holds your week.
Final payment is due three weeks before check- in along with finalizing of contract.
Locks are digital and your code will be texted to you two days before check in.
Parking pass will be issued two weeks before check in.
Message for rates during the winter months as we may be open to longer term rentals

Warm days and cool nights in the fall cannot be beat at the beach. It is magical.
Three -night minimum stays are welcome off season ( November- March) We also consider monthly rentals off-season. 2 month maximum stay. Message to inquire about pricing.
Off season price (November-March) per stay is $575 per-3-night stay which include all taxes and fees. Weekly rates are $1000. These prices also include linens and cleanings. No hidden fees.
Winter is wonderful at Myrtle Beach, come and see why. We have some cool days but some very warm ones too. Remember you are still, just steps from the ocean. Forget the crowded beaches. Take time to enjoy the view, smell the sea air and clear your mind.
